FAQ's for Customers:

Where is my order? All orders are processed at the END of the promotion time, no matter when you placed your order. We normally work with teams to run a promotion for up for 3 weeks and then process all the orders at the same time. We do this because the silkscreening process is a custom art process that prints all the garments at one time and allows great pricing for your garment.. Our delivery is scheduled to ship within a specific week, typically 3 weeks after the end of the promotion time. Orders can be shipped out anytime within that week. All orders are shipped Priority mail and can take 1-3 days for delivery.

I ordered the wrong size, now what? We try and provide a sizing chart to help with intital ordering, ultimately we do not refund or replace for the wrong size ordered.

All my friends have their spiritwear, where is mine? Sometimes speciality items like embroidery (jackets, blankets, hats) or items with flannel or fleece in the hood take longer to produce. We try and ship all team orders together to avoid this, and if there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email or phone to let you know what's going on. If we have not contacted you and it is past the week of your scheduled delivery, please contact us at 410-751-1505 or email at teamzila@yahoo.com.

I love my spiritwear, how do I get more? We hear this alot! Unfortunately silkscreening is not cost effective to print one piece so we will sometimes offer a second order with a club or can manipulate a design to print in vinyl (the material used for names on the back), it's best to contact your team coordinator for more info on this. If you want something that is embroidered (jacket, hat, blanket) we can get you another piece, however, prices maybe higher. Please contact us directly at teamzila@yahoo.com.

My product is defective! We will work with you to get the problem fixed. Chances are there was a glitch at the manufacturing plant. We will contact the manufacturer and get your item replaced or refunded. If it was a mistake on our end, we will happily work to get you a replacement in a expedited time frame.
